  • When do you restock your items?
  • We are working hard to find the perfect pieces and we are constantly adding to our collection.
  • Do I have to pay sales tax for my order?
  • We are located in Orlando, Florida therefore if you have a Florida Shipping Address you will be required to pay  sales tax.
  • How do I track my order?
  • Once an order is placed you will receive an email from us with the tracking information.
  • Can I cancel my order?
  • You can cancel an order as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Please contact us at luckylovebhelp@gmail.com for more information.
  • I received a bad/damaged/incorrect order or item. What do I do?

  • What can I pay with?
  • We accept all major credit cards and Pay-pal!
  • I placed an order and never received a confirmation email. What to do?
  • Go to your account and check your email address, if you don’t have an account contact us at yourluckyboutique@gmail.com
  • Where in the world do you ship?
  • Our Free Shipping and $5.00 Shipping options are only available for the U.S. For International Shipping Contact us at luckyloveboutique@gmail.com and include the pieces and size you desire to buy in your email. We will send you an invoice with the total amount including shipping. 
  • When will my order ship?
  • Your order will be shipped between two and three business days.
  • My order says it was delivered, but I never received it. What do I do?
  • Please contact your local carrier office and contact us for more information at yourluckyboutique@gmail.com.
  • Can I exchange or refund an item?
  • We can give you store credit for an item. Keep in mind we do not provide return shipping. For more information contact us at luckyhelp@luckyloveboutique.com.
  • How long does it take to process a return?
  • We work hard to ensure customer satisfaction but it usually takes two to three business days for us to process a return.
  • My package was returned to you, what happens now?
  • We will contact you at the email you provided us with more information or you can also contact us at yourluckyboutique@gmail.com.
  • Do you refund shipping fees?
  • No we do not refund shipping fees.
  • Do you have any store locations?
  • Currently we are only operating online, but we hope to open a store in the near future!
  • Can I pre-order an item?
  • Sadly we do not offer a pre order selection but follow us on Instagram and Facebook to stay up to date with our products!
