  • Do I have to pay sales tax for my order?
  • We are located in Orlando, Florida therefore if you have a Florida Shipping Address you will be required to pay  sales tax.
  • How do I track my order?
  • Once an order is placed you will receive an email from us with the tracking information.
  • Can I cancel my order?
  • You can cancel an order as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Please contact us at yourluckyboutique@gmail.com for more information. For a quicker response. Text us at 787-360-1436. 
  • I received a bad/damaged/incorrect order or item. What do I do?

  • What can I pay with?
  • We accept all major credit cards, Pay-pal & ATH MOVIL.
  • I placed an order and never received a confirmation email. What to do?
  • Go to your account and check your email address, if you don’t have an account contact us at yourluckyboutique@gmail.com we will be happy to re-send your email.
  • Where in the world do you ship?
  • Our Free Shipping is only available for the United States including Hawaii & Puerto Rico. For International Shipping Contact us at yourluckyboutique@gmail.com with your shipping address and include the pieces and size you desire to buy in your email. We will send you an invoice with the total amount including shipping. 
  • When will my order ship?
  • We try to ship your order on the very next day, if not possible it will ship in two business days. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday it ships on Monday.
  • My order says it was delivered, but I never received it. What do I do?

  • Can I exchange or refund an item?
  • We provide a 100% satisfaction Guarantee. Ship it back for a full refund minus shipping costs. You may also exchange at no extra costs. *CLEARANCE ITEMS can be returned for a refund but not exchanged. For more information contact us at yourluckyboutique@gmail.com
  • How long does it take to process a return?
  • We work hard to ensure customer satisfaction but it usually takes two to three business days for us to process a return. Make sure to contact us and let us know that you will be returning your package!
  • My package was returned to you, what happens now?

  • Do you refund shipping fees?
  • No we do not refund shipping fees.
  • Do you have any store locations?
  • Currently we are only operating online, we are based in Orlando, FL.
