It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase, therefore we provide you with five (5) days from the date of delivery of your purchase to return or exchange any items. Please contact us with a return email before sending your piece back.All returns must be sent to Your Lucky Boutique, 176 S Semoran Blvd, Orlando, Fl, 32807.

Clothing must be unworn, unused and MUST have all tags attached in order to receive a refund.

We do not accept returns of the following products: intimate or sanitary goods such ad bathing suits or bras, gift cards or accessories. (Unless Damaged)

 If the item you purchased was on Sale or you used a Coupon Code at Checkout you may return it following the same instructions as for regular priced items but you will receive a Store Credit instead of a full refund, you may also exchange it for another product free of shipping costs.

Final Sale & Clearance Items are exchangeable but buyer is responsible for exchange shipping fees. (Unless damaged)

Because we offer reasonable prices & free shipping, unfortunately return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, we will however help you throughout the process in any way we can.

We care about the quality of our items and your shopping experience, for this reason we fully inspect and make sure all items meet top standards before being shipped to you. All returned items will be inspected for compliance of our return policy (items must be in the same condition as you received them with all tags on). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the status.

Once a return is approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.  Please let us know via email what product you are interested in so that we can remove it from our inventory and prepare your shipment as soon as possible.

 *Important Note: ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. (This means that even if you return your original item and get a second item shipped to you for free we will only deduct the first & original shipping charge.)

Free Shipping on an exchanged item is limited to 1 exchange per item purchased.

A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

We HIGHLY recommend shipping your package with tracking information. We are not responsible for packages we do not receive.
