If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. Reach USPS by calling 1 (800) 222-1811 for assistance. We will help you in any way possible but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, remember to ask neighbors and family first. If after doing this you still can not find your package please contact your local mail carrier and post office to file a claim.
